New Gone Too Far petition!

The Become charity have launched a #GoneTooFar campaign to keep children in care close to the people and places that matter to them most.  More than 1 in 5 children in care are placed over 20 miles from home – some as far as 500 miles – and most are moved simply because appropriate local homes aren't available.

To keep pressure on the Government to address this issue, Become have launched the #GoneTooFar petition to demand: 

• Clear data collection and reporting on why children are being moved miles from home
• National and local strategies to make sure there are the right homes in the right places, to keep children in care close to the people and places that matter to them.
